What's included
What the plan covers
Everyday care at a member price, for everyone in the household. Below that, in the same plain language, the things this plan deliberately does not do.
Member benefits
Each of these applies to every person on the plan, not only the primary member.
Ask for a visit from the app
Say who the visit is for and when you could take a call. Someone rings you back to book it, and the link arrives in the app. Any person on the plan can be the one who is seen.
Lower prices at the pharmacy
Show your card at participating pharmacies for member pricing on common generics and many brand-name prescriptions.
Dental and vision, without a separate plan
Member rates on cleanings, fillings, exams, frames and lenses at participating offices — for everyone named on the card, not just the head of household.
Bloodwork and imaging at member prices
Routine panels and common imaging at negotiated prices you can see before you book, so a test is a decision and not a surprise.
A network to fall back on
Reduced rates at participating urgent care centers and specialists, so the plan still helps on the days that are not routine.
Someone to call about a bill
If a charge looks wrong, a person will look at it with you and tell you what the member price should have been.
Just as important
What it is not
A discount plan is a narrow product. Knowing its edges before you pay is the difference between it being useful and it being a disappointment.
- Not insurance, and not a substitute for it. There is no policy, no coverage and no claim.
- It does not pay your providers. You pay the member price yourself, at the time of service.
- It will not protect you from a catastrophic bill. If you need that, you need insurance.
- A card confirms membership. It is not a guarantee of payment or of eligibility for any particular price.
If you need insurance
This plan does not replace it. A serious illness or accident can produce a bill no discount will make affordable, and only insurance protects against that.
Plenty of households carry both — insurance for the catastrophic case, a plan like this for the everyday visits where a deductible means insurance pays nothing anyway.
Who it covers
One price, up to 5 people
Spouse or partner, children, a parent. One card carries every name and one member number, so anyone on it can use the plan without you being there.
