Your account

Delete your account

You can close your account and have your data deleted at any time, without calling anyone and without giving a reason. Here are both ways to do it, and exactly what happens after.

Two ways to ask

The first is immediate. The second is for anyone who no longer has the app.

In the app — takes effect at once

Open the app and go to More, then tap Delete my account. You will be asked to confirm, and the deletion is recorded the moment you do. Nothing else is needed from you.

By email — if you have removed the app

Write to info@parzero-totalcare.com from the email address on the account and ask us to close it. Tell us the name and phone number on the account so we can be certain we are closing the right one.

We will act on it within 30 days and write back to confirm. If the address you are writing from is not the one on the account, we will need another way to establish that it is yours before we can act — that check protects you, and it is the reason this page has no form on it.

By phone

Call +17863167800, Monday to Friday, 8am – 8pm Central. We will take the request while you are on the line.

Before you go

Deleting your account ends coverage for everyone in your household, not only for you. If you only want to stop paying, cancelling the plan does that and keeps the account open.

Cancel instead from Billing in the app. The plan runs to the end of the month you have already paid for.

Not sure? Talk to a person first.

What happens immediately

All three of these are part of the same request — there is nothing separate to do.

  • Billing stops

Your subscription is cancelled as part of the same request. There is no separate step to remember, and nothing further is charged.

  • You are signed out everywhere

Every session on every device is revoked, so the account cannot keep being used while the request is being worked through.

  • The account is closed

It is marked for deletion at the moment you ask, and the membership card stops being valid for discounts.

What we keep, and why

We would rather tell you this plainly than let you discover it later.

A prepaid health plan is regulated, and some records have to be kept for a period set by law rather than by us — enrollment and payment history among them. Deleting your account stops the plan and closes your access to it; it does not erase those records on the same day, and we will not tell you it does.

We also keep an append-only record of actions our own staff take on accounts. That log exists so that what was done to your data can be audited afterwards, which is only worth anything if it cannot be edited or removed — including by us.

The exact retention period for each record, and the rights you have over them, are set out in the privacy policy. If you want a copy of everything we hold about your household before you close the account, ask us and we will send it — no charge, and no reason needed.
